Ideal Home announced their new product, Polymer Board, a new substitute for marine plywood. Polymer board can be laminated in various patterns and applied to as decorative panels, wall cladding, ceiling and cabinetry works. Not only is it water-resistant, it is also termite-resistant and flame retardant. To exhibit the product’s promise, Ideal Home have submerged a piece of polymer board in water throughout the whole duration of expo, the board shows no damage and remains intact until the end of the show.

Along with the new product, Ideal Home introduced a build-your-own-modular-cabinet concept to encourage DIY fanatics and contractors to build their own. Cabinet doors, sliding doors and countertops etc. can be pre-fabricated in Ideal Home’s plant and delivered to your doorstep for hassle-free installation.

The company continues to evolve and research on products that would benefit the consumers and the environment.

Ideal Home joins its first Worldbex Trade Show, the leading building and construction trade show in the Philippines, held last March 12-16, 2014 at World Trade Center, Pasay City.

Being the biggest and most-attended construction trade fair in the country, Ideal Home took the opportunity to unveil its brand to thousands of attendees including contractors, architects, interior designers and B2Bs; making a mark as a new player in the modular cabinet industry.

Ideal Home made its debut with Real Living Space last September 14 & 15, 2013 at Trion Towers, Bonifacio Global City. This event is held annually by Real Living magazine to showcase our country’s local furniture shops and designers.

To launch their brand, Ideal Home displayed a modern-designed kitchen that perfectly represents their brand — classy and polished. One look of the kitchen and you will be captivated by its high-gloss laminated doors because not only is it appealing but the smooth surface allows for easy maintenance. And to ensure your cabinets will last long, Ideal Home used laminated marine plywood for the interior of the cabinet to protect from the country’s humid weather. Finishing off the look, Ideal Home installed an engineered quartz for its countertop. Engineered quartz is exceptionally durable. This is particularly important in the kitchen since they are usually the most used room in your home. Engineered quartz can withstand coming into contact with an acidic substance, where most other material would normally stain.

Together with the display of local brands, the event also featured spaces that were put together by topnotch interior designers like Kristine Neri-Magturo, Wilan Dayrit, Elle Uy, Wilmer Lopez, Pam Tan, Catherine Cena, Van Acuna, and Rossy Yabut-Rojales.
